Can I change or discontinue the services my loved one receives? Yes, you may change the number of hours and/or services at any time. We are flexible, and you are never bound to a long-term contract.
Do I need a physician’s authorization for your services? No, you do not need pre-authorization for our services. You choose the services, how many hours and when to start.
Will I know upfront what I will be charged? Yes, we will discuss and fill in a fee rate sheet for you.
Are your services covered by insurance? Medicare typically does not pay for the type of hourly services we provide. If you request assistance with billing a private insurance policy ( such as long-term care insurance), we are happy to help with the process.

Where do you provide services? Huntsville and surrounding areas
Are your caregivers insured and bonded? Yes, each caregiver is insured and bonded. Also, for the safety and peace of mind of our clients, each caregiver must pass a thorough criminal background screening.
Will I have a choice of who comes to my home? Yes, your satisfaction and comfort with your caregiver is of utmost importance. We will always do our best to accommodate you with the right caregiver.
